A shelter in Bristol, England revealed that, for the first time in its more than twenty years of existence, all the felines they have in their charge are black.

Even with the superstition that they're "bad luck" and the idea of people associating them with witchcraft, black cats hadn't found themselves in such a difficult situation in a very long time.

The probable reason? Social media.
