One day in Portland, Oregon, someone witnessed the sight of a cat standing on the hood of a moving car in the parking lot of a Taco Bell.
Quite alarmed, of course, she called the police and took a video of the event.
The police showed up on the scene and questioned the driver and owner of the cat.
